Sereeta this is beautiful. First Congrats!!!! 🙂 I think that it is so wonderful that you are sharing your pregnancy with others to help them through the pregnancy. Your tips are great! I am mad at you trying to display the yogurt. I think even if you are not pregnant the eating habits are wonderful for any women to follow

  2. Sereetta–it is so good to see your face! It sounds like everything is going really well for you. I am really curious about why you decided to go with a midwife–that’s something I am strongly considering for when I have kids. I look forward to your next vlog :o)

  3. Hi Sereetta! I tried to comment before but I don’t think it published, but it’s so much easier to write here than on my phone!

It sounds like your pregnancy is going really well–way to go with the nutrition and exercise! You know I am a big yogini, so I am happy to show you some yoga moves (pregnancy appropriate, of course).

Also, it’s so cool that you are having a midwife! I am really interested to hear about your experience. Have you seen the movie, “The Business of Being Born”? All about the myths of midwifery and the commodification of childbirth. I think it’s on instant netflix and totally worth watching.

Miss you! It’s good to see your face here. Not sure when you’re around NYU, but let’s get lunch! I’m around Mondays and Wednesdays.
