40 Days of Morning Yoga
Everyday from 5:30 am to 6 am I have alone for God and I. Sometimes I just sit in my bed and pray (then fall back to sleep 🙂 ) Other times I am intentional about reading my word then listening to God. What I’ve learned is when I am consistent with this practice my days are more manageable (armor of God). Now I have decided to add on to this practice. I will rise a tab it earlier and complete a yoga sequence, pray, and listen for the next 40 days!
